With over 16 years experience as an Art and Creative Director, Chris Carlton has crafted award-winning advertising, technology and graphic identities for a long list of clients. Upon the dawn of the World Wide Web, Carlton took to embrace what he refers to as "the ultimate medium for communication." Working as Creative Director for Playboy Enterprises, Carlton was charged with bringing their catalog businesses online, as well as communicating the Playboy brand through Playboy.com and other online properties. These catalog sites included CCVideo.com, CCMusic.com and PlayboyStore.com. After Playboy, Carlton joined forces with Todd Holmes at Drinks.com where the two focused on developing the largest online retailer of wine, spirits and beer on the Web. Later, and before starting Liquidus, Carlton spent time as a Creative Director for Ogilvy & Mather, overseeing the success of the Ameritrade brand online. At Liquidus, Carlton has leveraged his creative and technology skills by overseeing the Liquidus video-product roadmap and has been principally responsible for helping diversify Liquidus products onto multiple screens and into multiple channels. Chris is a graduate of University of Wisconsin and lives in Chicago with his wife Lindsay.
